Hi, I build the programmer, burned the hex to 18f2550 with an another simply JDM programmer and waited, what happens. The led is blinking, the software says Programmer Detected. I am just happy, my first MCU based thing ever. But at hardware test says the log: regulator voltage too low. I checked the voltage at C1, it is 4,8 V. Maybe I am using a long cable? Or which regulator voltage should I check?

You should check all component values, and the orientation of transistors.

Thanks for your reply, accidentally I changed the 100uF capacitor with a 470uF capacitor, so the switching power supply has not working. Now, the regulator low voltage error is not occuring, instead of that error comes USB voltage too low (<4,5V),but when I measure the voltage on the USB connector, it says 4,947V.
