Is it nessesary to change .hex for optimal starting MCU from external PS? How to optimize BOR bits or voltage monitoring . I use USB Vcc for PIC18 and LM7815+diodes , jumpers+LM7805 (12,3V, 13,15V, 14V*) for target IC with transistor for on +5V
