During programming PIC16F628 give first problem - OpenProg see the pic as
unknoun device.Strange that in this "unknoun" 628pic was recorded some
insertions succesfully and without mistakes, and the some - with a numerous of
mistakes( though protection of a code and protection against reading were
not)... Character of mistakes can be interesting too - the part of a code from
hex somehow vanished, and the rest has enrolled with shift.
Voltage of programming - 5 volt and 12,9 volt .... normally
The pic was flashed in a socket under the author"s description.
The Pic18F2550 for OP was programmed in professional programmer TRITON 5.7 and
succesfully has passed check on identity of the recorded code.
The induction coil was 150-180uH, but i think its noncritical in feedback
through ADC...
