Are you able to rewrite the calibration word on pic12f1822?

I never tried but it will probably work; you need to modify the code in order to write also to addresses 0x8009 and 0x800A.
Before that you also want to erase those words, so before bulk erase the address should be 0x8009 or 0x800A, like what is done in case of userID words.
