    Hi
I have a Open programer and I dont know how can I calibrate Internal oscillator. I know thet I must set CKSEL fuse on 0100 (for 8MHz) but I dont
    know how. Please help me!

Hello, the internal oscillator is already calibrated, you just have to select
the frequency by writing the proper bits to the fuse low byte.
Look at the datasheet and when you have the desired byte value you can insert
it in the fuse low entry field in the device tab inside the atmel frame; you
should also check "write fuse low".
Then, of course, program the device.
