Open PHP RPG system / News: Recent posts

I have started work on the code rewrite. So far, I have login/out news, an admin panel(new!), tooltips (new!), a frameless design, module loading system, and a simple system to create a picture of your character based on his equipment. It also loads its variables, system wide, from one file, so customization is easy.
Hopefully, I will have inventory, equipment, and admin panel item creation figured out in a few days. I have work all day today and tomorrow (Labor day in US) and after that school, so it will be a work-when-i-can sort of project for a while. Hopefully I will have the above done in 5 days, and can get started on mapping sytems.

As I have written some modules for the old code system, I will try to make the new code compatable. I wrote a simple flash script that queries the mySQL database and loads images dynamically to create a character image that changes depending on your clothing, status, etc...

I am releasing the OpenPHPrpg files that I have developed now on sourceforge. I plan on redesigning the system from scratch to make module implementation easier for the end user.
