This is a decent start to an RPG, but my biggest issue is that it really needs to be using PHP's include function in the files. The database variables should be stored in a single file such as db.php, then use the PHP include function at the top of the page like this: include("db.php"); to include the database variables. Using the include function, the IFrames/frameset would be virtually unnecessary. CSS scripts would also be very helpful in themeing the RPG.
