Font Specification

The OpenPatrician font set is based on the Starnberg font by Frank Homann.

The base font is the Regular, all other fonts are deduced from that:

Italic

Take a glyph from the Regular set and apply Element->Style->Italic with these settings:

The changes from the default are the tick for the ascender serifs and the angle of -11 instead of -13

Bold

Take a glyph from the Regular set and apply Element->Style->Bold with these settings:

The sole change from the default is the embolden value of 30 instead of 50. If the orientation is in the wrong way, the glyph thins instead of thickens. This can be corrected by adjusting the orientation or by putting a - in front of the enbolden value.
