#144 add support for new stm32f4-discovery board with stlink v2-1

New version of stm32f4-discovery board are equiped with stlink v2.1. When we try to use script board/stm32f4-discovery.cfg openOCD can't connect to this board. As a workaround I added new configuration file stm32f4-discovery_stlinkV2-1.cfg and everything is vorking correctly. But this cases another problem, now we have two confiugration files to the same board. Is any possibility to marge this two files into one. As attachment I added configuration file for new version of stm32f4-discovery.
