Looks like the nrf52 device is not properly connected or is locked. See UICR APPROTECT in ref man. Recent OpenOCD versions support unlocking by the command 'nrf52_recover'. This command cannot be used with a high level adapter, use -f interface/stlink-dap.cfg for ST-Link.
Next time please attach full log or even better full debug log (-d), not just a fragment.
