    jep106: update to revision JEP106BH September 2023
    
    The original documents from Jedec since JEP106BG, do not report
    the entry for "21  NXP (Philips)", replaced by "c".
    It's clearly a typo.
    
    Keep the line from JEP106BF.01 for "NXP (Philips)".
