This is unlikely, because the same Olimex adapter is working fine on the same PC with the older OpenOCD 0.10.0 from Freddie Chopin. I got confused because of the filename "openocd-v0.11.0-i686-w64-mingw32.tar.gz". Unfortunately, I am still at a loss regarding the ST-Link V2.
