[OpenOCD-user] FT2232D and ftdi_layout_init

Hi,

I'm trying to create a config file for a FT2232D based JTAG programmer 
from Kanda (ATDH1150USB-K).

It is my understanding that the FT2232D has 24 total GPIO pins (as 
opposed to 16), and so my question is, what is the proper way to specify 
the direction/states using the "ftdi_layout_init" parameter.

I have an understanding of which pins go where on this programmer, but 
can't figure out the proper way to set the pin directions and initial state.
