Does it have TRST and SRST physically connected? If yes, then try
using "reset_config trst_and_srst" with definitions from
ftdi/oocdlink.cfg (without description and with proper vid/pid of
course).

If you show me the schematics I'll write a proper ftdi configuration
file for your board in no time :)
