straightforward.

I've tried searching the internet for similar or related symptoms but
couldn't find anything; it doesn't look like WinUSB has any access
restrictions whatsoever. The only hint I found was that somebody
reinstalled WinUSB with Zadig (from seemingly identical version) and
that helped.
