Forgot to add some relevant info.

I start OpenOCD like that:

> openocd -f interface/ftdi/jtagkey.cfg -f target/lpc1768.cfg -c "adapter_khz 100; reset_config trst_and_srst"

The config files are unchanged - taken from 0.6.0 release. Changing to 
previous version changes nothing (at first I suspected problems with 
vectreset but it's not that).

Changing speed in the range of 100-500 does not change anything.
