#10 obexftp: fix for repeated client creation/connection

Unlike in obexftp 0.10.7, the 0.10.8 code seems to
re-create client objects and re-open connections. This
patch stops such behaviour and at least allows
directories to be listed and files in such directories to
be retrieved.
