Hi Has anybody managed to get working this combination: Sigmatel stir4200, siemens s55, obexftp, kernel 2.6.6 ? Sometime in the past it was working for me under the kernel 2.4.2x using unofficial kernel patch for stir4200. I am trying to mage this stuff working for some months, but no results. Under WinXP it works perfectly. Under linux it works using Kandy, but that app doesn't provide what do I need. Evet connecting through the terminal (minicom) using AT commands works. After irattach irdadump works fine too. The only problem is obexftp. I've user many various version of the obexftp, form the debian testing/unstable too. I've tried everithing on the other computer too, I've even again installed kernel 2.4.2x but it didn't work never more. I am desperate. Where is the problem? Kernel? Stir4200 driver? ObexFTP? Sometimes, when I play with irda, the device stops blicking and communicationg with the computer. Then I have to kill irattach (/etc/init.d/irda stop), unplug the device, wait for a moment, than plug it again into the computer and finally run /etc/init.d/irda start. The LED on the IrDA will then start blicking. Can anyone help me to make this stuff work? Many thanks in advance -- Martin Zdila Developer EpiSoftware Slovakia Ltd.
