[openMSX-devel] make install

I think we are now really ready for a new release, except for a working
"make install". I think the only thing "make install" needs to do is:

  - build executable in /bin instead of /src
  - copy files: cp -R share /opt/openMSX
                cp -R doc /opt/openMSX
                cp -R bin /opt/openMSX
  - make links: ln -s /opt/openMSX/bin/openmsx /usr/local/bin/openmsx

David, you volunteerd for this. Do you think you'll find time for it
in the coming week? If not please tell us.
