[openMSX-devel] About settings.xml

I tested openMSX new snapshot 1.674 with settings.xml

But the problem is that without ConsoleBackground.png, it
can't be run at all.
Also I can't find ConsoleBackground.png on CVS.
It is a problem.
In my opinion, settings.xml must be updated as default.

  </config>

Or default ConsoleBackground.png must be uploaded too.
