I was working on early stage of porting openMSX to Win32.
But Win32 version development and/or maintenance had been handed 
to official team already.
If you are using versions from my page still, you would be better to get 
newer version from http://openmsx.sourceforge.net/
(Subject says 0.5.2, so you will know. just to be sure...)

If you can get to talk on IRC (irc.freenode.net #openMSX),
you may get quick help just in time.
(Be aware on most of people are living in Netherlands or Belgium,
 yes, they are in far differ timezone than us.)

Anyway, I'm not well acquainted with Sunrise IDE and/or DOS2...
