Summary: openMSX hangs when trying to use a .cas file twice

Initial Comment:
If you use a .cas file as normal, but then reset the
MSX and try to use it again, openMSX hangs completely
and can only be killed with a SIGKILL. There should be
a way to rewind the .cas file
