#273 Option to display osd when recording video

Currently, when recording a video to avi, only the msx output is recorded, not including the osd. Please add an option where the osd is also recorded. There is such an option for saving screenshots, but not for video recording, as far as I can tell.

This is useful for developers, to allow video annotations of internal msx state.
