#4 ability to change home node

Probably a hard feature to implement: Either give
oMosix the ability to change the home node of a
process or, equivalently, make migratable
processes "homeless".

Of course I am assuming the process and all of its
data resides on some location independent path
such as /afs.

This would allow rolling reboots of the cluster for
kernel updates for example.

that's not possible under the current architecture. Pretty much everything would need to be re-written.
