#76 jpeg field decoding problems

when decoding a jpeg stream that consists of two
fields, there is still some sort of bug that causes one
of the fields to periodically be entirely gray. the
effect is an annoying flashing.

not sure exactly how to reproduce but sending rtptv at
high frame rates seems to do it pretty reliably...

Paul disabled the vic menu item that allows a user to decode
and display both fields, so the priority of this bug has
been lowered.
