Derek, Take a look at srsUE SDR implementation of LTE UE (aka modem) - https://github.com/srsLTE/srsUE That's too heavy for a handset, but you can use it for p2p or p2mp applications instead of Ubiquity and you can tweak it to whatever frequencies you want. If there are any commercially available modems/handsets, that would be interesting to know. I personally have never seen any.
