#91 ecospold 1 export with missing fields

OpenLCA's ecospold 1-export is missing mandatory fields, that are needed for importing data with ecoinvent's "ecospoldAccess" tool.
This report is a partial duplicate of bug No 42 but with additional information.

Some field are marked as "required" in the ecospold documentation (see file already provided here: http://sourceforge.net/p/openlca/bugs/_discuss/thread/071b63ed/c1d0/attachment/EcoSpold01Dataset.html) if these are missing, import with ecoinvent's "ecospoldAccess" Tool will fail.
-> These fields should be exported, even if their value is "false" or they are empty.
