It's not a bug. When you click 'Delete' button in WebStudio it doesn't actually delete the project, but marks it as deleted. There is filter not to show deleted projects enabled by default. Click filter icon at the top of navigation tree and unselect 'Hide deleted projects'. You will see the project and can completely erase it from repository or restore.
Now such functionality is usually called "Archive".

Am using version Open Tablets v 5.16.2.
Created a project entitled "HelloWorld"...
Later on, I deleted it using the Repository tab.
When I try to create a new project using the same name ("HelloWorld") it displays:
"Cannot create project because project with such name already exists."
Is this a bug in the codebase? I can't find this anywhere in the filesystem.
Is there a Jira setup so end users can post bugs?
