I think it's missing Postgresql inside the container.

The Openkoda docker image does not contain PostgreSQL Server. To run Openkoda in Docker with Postgres, please use Docker compose, that starts separate PostgreSQL contrainer: https://github.com/openkoda/openkoda#docker-compose
