More info - This seems to be happening after about 5 minutes of usage.  The
connection is open the entire time - but I get this error after 5 minutes of
activity.  Is there some configuration that shuts down connections ?  I've got
this running sucesfully on a linux box (been running for days) w/out these
problems.
