I updated the Changelog from CVS, and updated the release notes for OpenSP
1.5.2 as well from what seemed like the more notable items in the Changelog.
If you've contributed over the last couple of years since the release of
1.5.1, please feel free to update the release notes.

Otherwise, what's left to do?
