OpenInvoice / News: Recent posts

Version .04 is done. Release note are in the release-notes folder, and some new user instructions are in the update userguide .odt file.

I've been holding off on uploading any files until everything was done. The bash scripts are done as far as I can tell, and the final OpenOffice macro I was waiting on is complete. I'll write up some sketchy documentation (enough to get someone through the install anyway) and figure out how to package it, then I'll upload.
