The example is not conform to the spec. Only peer domains can share resources. The peer domains must include the same resources: Domain 1 includes Resource 1, Resource 2 and Resource 3 Domain 2 includes Resource 1, Resource 2, Resource 3 Domain 3 includes Resource 4, and Resource 5. Subject: [Openhpi-devel] [discuss] one resouce in more than two domains In HPI B 1.1, a domain is a grouping of zero or more resources. There are no requirements for how resources are mapped to domains; the same resource may be accessed through more than one domain, as described in the peer domain architecture in Section 3.2.2 on page 19. The peer domain architecture is one way that redundancy may be modeled in an HPI implementation. This architecture is used to describe a "system" containing two access points for hardware management. Does the following example conform to Spec? (My Question is "YES") Domain 1 includes Resource 1, Resource 2 and Resource 3 Domain 2 includes Resource 2, Resource 3, Resource 4 Domain 3 includes Resource 1, and Resource 3.
