#661 Remove outdated docs/hld subdirectory
The docs/hld subdirectory contains very outdated project documentation. At one point in the past, the project planned to move this content to the wiki where, hopefully, it would be kept up to date. This hasn't happened. However, at this point, the docs/hld subdirectory causes confusion with new users, because it is misleading in certain areas.
The second issue is that the license for the docs/hld subdirectory is not very clear about modifications. Should someone want to update the contents, would they be able to do so without the initial author's permission? The license isn't very clear on this point.
As discussed on the -devel mailing list, this subdirectory will be removed. As there is time and interest, parts of this may be moved onto the OpenHPI wiki, where it can be maintained.
