This bug combines the following three defects so that one patch could address all of them.
3540512 Parser error while parsing Gen 8 servers
3514722 Auto power-on does not work on iLO3
3410241 ilo2_plugin fails when getting control status of resources

The other three defects could be resolved as duplicate of this.
