When a storage blade is present in the C-7000 enclosure, OA soap plugin exits during switchover.
The get hpoa:getBladeMpInfo call returns
<hpoa:ipAddress>0.0.0.0</hpoa:ipAddress> with many [Unknown] values for the storage blade ( <hpoa:bladeType>BLADE_TYPE_STORAGE</hpoa:bladeType> (the return value for hpoa:bladeInfo )

The plugin is unable to handle the return value and it exits.
