We probably won't patch the main branch with this as it
changes the behaviour slightly. The intention was of the
'addPageIdToLinkNode(User, Element, int)' method is to add
'Page' elements to 'Link' elements that don't already have
'Page' elements defined. So, the expected HARP would be
different for this patch as it only sets the page id on
existing 'Page' elements which don't have an 'id' attribute.
