#43 erroneous feedback on password change after failures

Login as a normal user. (Environment assumes must have
alphanumeric and mixed case)

Use the change my password facility.

Enter a password that is all lower case. Fails
Enter one that has mixed case. Fails.
Enter one with alphanumeric and mixed case. This
actually succeeds on the server but the client tells us
we've failed.

User thinks password isn't changed. But it is.
