Add support for reading boundary condition data from project file.

Limitations:

exactly two interfaces, type detailed, assigned to left and right side of construction, accessible via leftInterface() and rightInterface() access functions in DELPHIN_LIGHT::ConstructionType
heat cond BC only with exchange coefficient
vapor diffusion BC only with temperature and RH and exchange coefficient
rain only with pre-calculated rain flux onto surface
solar radiation only with precalculated global radiation onto surface
