When listening on several interfaces, OpalTransportUDP will use all available interfaces for the initial connection attempt.

This enhancement adds a callback within OpalEndPoint that allows subclasses to do more advanced interface selection / processing.

In contrast to patches 1532400 and 1532406, this patch does not change the default behaviour, it only allows to use custom processing rules if desired.
