Hi,
 There was a rearrangement of the videoclasses.

SDL video class, which was in contrib/ohphone directory, has been moved to
pwlib. At the same time, SDL has been enabled under windows.
  Thanks Robert for your good work here.

H323VideoDevice has now been removed.

There is now a PSDLVideoDevice

This code is all in the CVS at sourceforge.
