I wasn't able to duplicate this. BUT, this imports on first install or on an upgrade. If you're expecting it to pop up, it wont do that.

If you do an update, please note that we had to bump the PHP requirement up to 8.4 to support updated modules (security patches). I'd get php8.4 in place, then run the ./update.sh command.
