[Opengrads-cooks] scatter fit stats for review

I've been using something like this for a while, just organized and 
fixed it up.

First time through the cookbook form, so I'm not sure I hit all the info 
well enough. Is this link open to you, I saved/previewed the work?

The URL of the page is:

The new recipe generation script uses a frame, which causes the location bar
for that tab to become somewhat misleading. To find the URL of your page
after you save it, you can search for it manually in a new tab, or right
click + copy link from the wiki's recent changes page (
http://cookbooks.opengrads.org/index.php?title=Special:Recentchanges ).

Arlindo + others,
It's possible for the new recipe script to print the future URL the page, in
a bar above the frame. Would this be a useful feature?

I did some slight editing and assigned a number, take a look at:

http://cookbooks.opengrads.org/index.php?title=Recipe-009:_Scatter_plot_with_linear_fit_and_basic_statistics

We need a figure. I entered a place holder; click on it and upload your PNG.
A good image size is produced with

ga-> gxyat -x 400 -y  300 scatter_fit.png

It also needs a link.
