[Opengrads-devel] What about grads 2.1

the newest version of GrADS now is 2.1.a1. And it has great improvement especially in graphics quality as http://www.iges.org/grads/ChangeLog says. In my opinion the improvement is historical. 

Please upgrade opengrads to 2.1 so we can benefit from the GrADS improvement. Thanks.
