Jennifer, Thanks for the heads up. We have been building pkgconfig & cairo for sometime now as it is required for gxyat. So far I have not included Xrender and the X11 surface and I'll make sure I enable it. Updating NetCDF to 4.1.2 is an excellent idea, I'll follow your lead on that as well. I have not had much time to work on grads lately. On my to do list is to develop a POSIX extension that would bring a lot of new functionality to the scripting language. With my hectic schedule in my day job I am not sure when I'll get around to it... Looking forward to your new releases. Cheers!
