[Opengrads-devel] Java build updated to 2.0.a9

All,

  I have made a Java build of 2.0.a9. The jar is here:

          http://opengrads.org/devel/java/grads-2.0.a9.oga.1.jar

At this point there is no Netcdf-4 or opendap support, but a bunch of the
new features are there, see below. (Although readline is disabled, there is
command line editing through java.) To run it, set GADDIR and GASCRp as
usual and enter

% java -jar grads-2.0.a9.oga.1.jar

It should work on any platform java is present.  There is no good reason for
using this grads version (it is a bit slower) except if you do not have a
build for your platform. It is sort of a fallback.

Jennifer: if you a have chance, could you run it through your kml/shapefile
testing scripts?

   Should I release this?
