[Opengrads-devel] LATS interface documentation

All,
Here is the first crack at documenting the new LATS extension for GrADS v2:

    http://opengrads.org/doc/udxt/lats/

This html documentation is generated with "make html" from the
extensions/lats directory. All the documentation is ripped from the file
"liblats.c". Look at the opengrads wiki for information on creating such
documentation.

Mike: could you take a look at it, in particular where it says: "Mike,
please help!"?
