[Opengrads-cooks] GDS examples

Hi,

I wrote a couple GDS test scripts, they compare typical sdfopen with 
serverside calculations.

I couldn't fine the boilerplate image upload code, but I do have a 
sample image to add as well.

Let me know if I can add anything else to this.
