[Opengrads-cooks] New recipe - Plotting station data in a grid

Hi All

There is one thing I keep on teaching and teaching to my students and
I decided to make in a recipe way: How to plot station data in a grid.

I started the recipe and its URL is:

I implemented and tested it here in Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Do you think it will be usefull? It can be in the category "Importing
Data into GrADS", maybe.
