Now, if you are updating a release that you just made, then before you import a new fle with the same name you need to delete the previous file already there. Scroll down, select the file, check the box "I'm sure" and click on the "delete file" button. 2. Once you imported the files, scroll down and select the processor/file type for each file and click on "Update/Refresh" button. Do this one file at a time. If you make the selection for all files and click the update button, only the file next to that button will updated, all else will be lost. As a matter of policy, I usually refresh files (meaning, keeping the same version) if I realize a mistake before making an announcement on gradsusr, or if it is just a documentation update (say in the README file). Otherwise, any bug fix will bump at least the last digit in the version number. Notice that every time you refresh a file the download count gets reset to zero.
